I bought a BB Torch 9850 9/19/11. I received emails, but have not been able to open even one. I cannot browse the internet. I have spent literally hours in the store since my purchase, and on the phone to support. They have done a hard reset, and so far, to this day, and 2 phones later....I still cant open an email or browse the internet. Should I throw this {word filter avoidance}
in the creek?
if the problems continued you should have requested a new device. I've had my 9850 since Nov-2011 and love it. I upgraded from a STORM 2. While I liked my 2, I find the 9850 such a great phone. The touchscreen keyboard, whether in portrait or landscape work well for me.
