My work email password expired. Got notice that I needed to reactivate my BB Internet Service password. I can't remember what it is, and it keeps telling me it has sent it to my device, yet no messages appear. I've gone on my laptop and reset my password and changed the BB Internet Service password, but the Tour won't let me past the old password screen...help!
