Got the program installed, however when I try to run it, it states "backup assistant has lost network connection. Please retry your operation" I can connect with my browser etc. so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any thoughts?

Hi there!
What I recommend is removing the application by going to "Options>Advanced Options>Applications>Highlight BACKUP ASSISTANT>hit the menu key>Choose Delete.
Once it is removed, go back and re-download the application. Make sure all permissions are set to allow when prompted to Set Permissions. The complete steps are here.
