I had problems after I downloaded the new software, so I took my phone into the verizon store last night. The lady got it all straightened out, after she reset my phone. Now my battery has absolutely no life to it. I'll have it fully charged and after two hours of not using it all all, it's in the yellow, so I have to charge it again. I haven't downloaded any apps. Do you think my battery is just shot?
