BlackBerry Bold 9930 - How to have Internet Mail Account ? I only have enterprise

Hello,

I recently had a Blackberry 9930 and when i want to setup an internet email account i can't because i don't see the option.

I can only setup an enterprise account.

If you check the link below I go directly from step 2 to 4 ... i don't see the step 3

Is there a way to have the internet email account on my phone ?

If you are currently on a corporate BES system you are probably forbidden from setting up personal email by your company One of the first things they do is push an IT Policy onto all devices that limit how you use them. Personal email is one of the most common things that gets forbidden. In most firms, even *attempting* to circumvent an IT Policy is grounds for being fired.

If you're not on a corporate BES then you need to call Verizon and have them add a BIS plan to your account. That's the data plan specific to BlackBerrys and required for almost all data services - especially email.

So how can I add a BIS plan to my phone ?

First thing is to set up an account with Verizon. When you activate the BlackBerry on your account Verizon will add the appropriate data plan.
