You should have a backup assistant application on you new Bold (mine did).
Sorry, do you know where I can find the application? I looked under Business Tools.
I would look in the Applications folder or the Downloads folder. Another tip is make sure no folders are hidden. From the Home screen, select the Menu key (Blackberry key) and from the drop-down menu select "Show All". If the phone was previously owned there may some "Hidden" folders.
I looked and could not find the backup assistant or something similar.
