Blackberry 9550 Ringer

I canot turn my cell phone ringer back on? I have tried everything and taken to the VZW store.

Try doing a soft reset on the device then adjust the ringer. Steps for both methods are provided below.

Using the notch, lift then remove the battery cover.
Remove the battery.
Re-insert the battery.
Ensure that connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.
Replace the battery cover.
Press in on the battery cover (where the notch is located) until it clicks into place.
