My Blackberry 9850 constantly locks up. More so after the latest OS update. Is there a fix, or should I just take it to a store and replace it. The phone is vital and I can't be having constant lock ups!

Hey Imola, when your device if freezing this can be very upsetting and I understand your frustrations. Here are some steps below to help with this is occuring with your phone.
1) Power cycle your phone by removing the battery while the phone is on for 3seconds. Put the battery back on, turn the phone on.
2) Try clearing the cache/browser history on your phone.
3) (Enable/Disable Safe Mode) Your Blackberry starts in Safe Mode if you hold the Escape key during startup. To remain in Safe Mode, click OK. To exit Safe Mode, click Reset.
-To turn off Safe Mode, remove and reinsert the BlackBerry smartphone battery. Safe mode enabled status is indicated by a safe mode indicator in the BlackBerry smartphone status section of the Home Screen.
