I have a new Blackberry Curve. I have terrible reception with this phone...I thought that it was maybe just my phone, but I've talked to two other people that have the same issue with the phone!
I have had my Curve for over two months, never have any issues with it. Try *228 option 2
or have the phone checked out You can also make a switch in the first 30 days I don't have any other suggestions
I live in a rural area and no problems
