I have a new Blackberry Curve. I have terrible reception with this phone...I thought that it was maybe just my phone, but I've talked to two other people that have the same issue with the phone!
If you just bought it,you have 30 days to exchange/return the phone. You can have the option of getting another new differnet phone.
I have had my Curve for over two months, never have any issues with it. Try *228 option 2
or have the phone checked out You can also make a switch in the first 30 days I don't have any other suggestions
I live in a rural area and no problems
