When will the problems with the Blackberry Curve texting service be fixed I have been having trouble since Thursday and people still aren't receiving my texts?
I've had my new Curve (8530) for a few weeks and it seems to have a mind all it's own. I can send and receive texts one minute then I can't. When I send them it says they are being sent on my phone but they don't show on my usage when I check online and they are being received.
From some of the other posts I've seen this is happening with other people too.
I had the older version 8330 and never had this problem.
We are working diligently towards a resolution on this issue. In the mean time you can try to remove the 1 from the contact number or which ever number you are trying to send a text to. I do apologize for the inconvience,however, our techs are working on getting this issue resolved.
