I can't send messages via BBM. When I send a message, I get a checkmark next to the message, but never see a D or R. I've received incoming messages and my responses to those messages are received, but if I originate a message, it doesn't seem to go through. I've re-registered the host routing tables, re-sent the service books and done numerous reboots/battery pulls and nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Try to remove Blackberry Messenger then re-install it.
How to remove Blackberry Messenger:
1.Go to options on your homescreen menu
2. Within options, you will find the applications option.
3. When you open the applications,click BlackBerry Messenger (Will be sorted by alpha)
4. You will find the option to delete it.
To re-install Blackberry Messenger:
1. Search your Blackberry Application world on your device for blackberry messenger.
2. Click to download
