Yesterday evening, probably had about fifty percent or more battery life and it began turning on and off but won't fully boot. I have tried a battery pull and battery pull while it is being charged but still keeps turning on and off. Never gets by the white screen with the little clock before it turns off and starts again...............
Sounds like OS crash. I would connect to computer and use your desktop manager to reload it if it will still see device. If not take it to VZW store or insurance for device replacement.
