Made the mistake of initiating an OS upgrade based on a prompt that appeared on my home screen yesterday. The process has been hung up since then with the progress bar showing "Overall Restore Progress" stuck at 1%.
Have tried resetting but can't get beyond this screen on the device. Has anyone else expereinced this issue? Will appreciate any suggestions about unfreezing this frozen update process.
