The All Alerts Off option will not turn off. I can change the sound option to any other choice, but the phone will not ring when a call comes in nor will it notify when a text or email arrives, although the vibrate works in all instances... and, it is not set to Vibrate Only. Any solution? Is it something I've done?

Similar problem here. The All Alerts Off option is not selected - looking at my setup, it lists Normal (Active) - but the phone will ONLY vibrate for incoming calls, not ring. I have multiple ringtones set up for individual contacts (one for family, one for friends, one for business), and a different ringtone set for general use, but none of them are working. When I select a new ringtone and click "try it", the phone only vibrates.

Does it say "All Alerts Off (Active)"? If it does just try changing it to one of the other profile; "Loud" for instance. If you are unable to physically select another profile take the battery out of the phone while it is powered on. If that doesn't resolve the issue and you still can't change profiles I would recommend backing up you're information with Blackberry desktop manager and wiping the device, or you could take it into a store.
