I just bought the Tour. I am trying to install the desktop application. When I put the disc in my computer(s), only a blank screen pops up with the Blackberry symbol at the top. I tried my home computer and my laptop. Any ideas?
Go to www.vzam.net/blackberry and install Desktop Manager from there. Just click on "Desktop Software" on the left side of the page, and follow the instructions. As far as your disc, maybe it is defective, I'm not sure.
