Blackberry Tour ringtone/sound

I recently received the new Blackberry Tour. Now when the phone rings for sms/mms messages it vibrates the # of times i set it to for & then only rings once. With my Curve it would ring 2 or 3 times after the vibrating. I was wondering if this problem can be fixed or is it just the phone itself?

Unfortunately it seems the extent to which you can customize sound settings is not as robust as previous models. Odd isn't it? On the Curve 8330 there are seperate settings for the number of vibrates and the number of times it made the sound. It seems with the Tour you can only customer the number of vibrates.

What a shame.
