Bluetooth continually will not connect or if it does connect will disconnect after a few seconds

Problem: Blackberry Priv Android 6.01

My Bluetooth will not connect to any of my headsets, cars, or fit bands.

However, on the chance that it does connect it will drop connection with a couple of seconds.

All these devices are confirmed to work on my iPhone.

Steps I have taken so far

I have gone through all the "forget" and "connect" scenarios

I have done a Network Reset

I have done a Total phone Factory Reset

Nothing is working

I believe this device to be defective.
