Bold 9650 Keeps recieving the SAME EMAILS!!

Question

I keep recieving the same 2 emails throughout the day, probably ten times each.... It is becoming such a hassle.

I have deleted the account and restarted it multiple times and even deleted the entire phone and restored it.

WHY DO I KEEP HAVING THIS PROBLEM??

If your blackberry is integrated with a Gmail webmail account (for example, <name>@gmail.com)  you could be receiving duplicate messages . The cause is because Gmail webmail accounts do not have separate sent items and inbox folders.

To resolve this issues (found on Blackberry.com), you can use the steps below

To remove and reintegrate the Gmail webmail account, complete the following steps:

* Log in to the Gmail account.
* In the Gmail account click Settings.
* Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
* Set the IMAP status to enabled.
* Log in to the BlackBerry Internet Service account and reintegrate the Gmail account, using the steps below:

* Click Email Settingson the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone.

* On the Services - Email Accounts screen, click Add My Existing Email Account.

* On the Email Setup screen, type your email address and password and click Next. You will receive a message that access to your email account was successfully configured.

* Click OK.
