My 1 1/2 month old BB Bold phone started acting up about two weeks ago. It would freeze up and the only button that would do anything is the screen lock button. Pushing that will bring up the screen, but none of the other buttons would do anything and I can't go any further than that. I had to remove the battery and do a hard boot, and that seemed to fix it. In the last few days, its gotten worse and its happening 2-3 times a day, and removing the battery isn't always bringing it back. The "Blackberry" screen will come on and the little timeline would show at the bottom, but about halfway to full, it would just shutdown and then that screen would come back on and it would just continue to do that.
I took it to a store, but they weren't able to figure it out. It has a full charge and the software is up to date. Because this is a reburbed phone, I can't return it.
Any ideas?
