I updated my operation system to 4.5.0 and the Web browser stop working. I get an error message:
"Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device."
How do i fix this?
First, remove the back cover and pull the battery out for about a minute. Then put it back, allowing the device to reboot. Most of the time, that process will get you back up and running.
Hi! The battery pull is a great suggestion. I also want to add you can send service books to your phone for future reference. If you have a username and password for your Blackberry Internet Service account go here to log in from a PC and go to 'Settings' and click 'Send Service Books'.
