Can't get into voice mail/password issues...

Please help...My son's voice mail is totally full, and he doesn't remember the four-number pass code to retrieve and/or empty the contents.

He is out somewhere now, it's 1 am Dallas (CST) and he's not answering his phone, and I can't leave a message because his VOICE MAIL IS FULL, and his mother is worried sick.

He has a bad habit of not checking in with us regularly, but this is getting annoying...

Any way I can call his number and empty his voice mail for him, before I strangle him the next time I see him??

Hi,

To reset voice mail passwords, do the following:

To reset your Voice Mail password online:

This method requires logging into My Verizon. To establish a profile, refer to Register for My Verizon.

Navigate to the Verizon Wireless website, enter the 10-digit mobile number and password then click Sign In.
Navigate My Verizon > Reset Voice Mail Password (under My Device).
Enter the new password, re-enter the new password then click Submit.
If needed, ensure the appropriate mobile number is selected.
Passwords must be between 4 - 7 digits.

To reset the Voice Mail password from the wireless handset:

Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).
Listen to the instructions and when prompted, press 3, 2, 4, 3 then press 3 to reset the password.
Enter the requested information for security verification.
Press 2 to reset the password.

Call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the easy-to-use automated customer service menu.
Listen to the instructions and when prompted, press 3, 2, 4, 3 then press 3 to reset the password.
Enter the requested information for security verification.
Press 2 to reset the password.

I hope this suggestion works, as Verizon locked me out of my voice mail as I had temporarily forgotten my password.
