Can't receive incoming calls

For the past few days when someone tries to call me they get a message from my phone saying that I'm not accepting calls or it rings once and then gives a busy signal. My account is active as me and my sister and dad share a family plan and their phones aren't doing that. I can make calls and send/receive texts just not getting incoming calls. And no, I don't have call forwarding on or have any numbers blocked. please help...

I would double check the call forwarding by dialing *73 to disable all call forwarding (immediate, busy, no answer transfer).  Many people have it accidentally enabled and don't think they do.

Aej112, we can get to the bottom of this mystery. As crelin suggested, verify call forwarding was not accidentally setup. Remove your battery for a few seconds and reboot if no change. Let me know if you're still having this issue.
