I have an LG Env2, on my 3rd one., since June of this year! They all have cracking n popping issues. I want another type of phone and was thinking of the blackberry curve. If I buy one on ebay, how would I go about getting it onto my current Verizon plan? Is there an extra cost for Blackberries, not sure what it is, but heard you have to pay an xtra $29. more for something?
What is the difference btween Rim Blackberries and just regular BB's?
Thanks!

RIM stands for Research In Motion and they are the parent company of Blackberry. RIM and Blackberry are one and the same.
Buying a Curve on ebay is ok but one thing you want to be careful and know is that it has a good and working pin. If you know someone with a blackberry make them send a pin message from the sellar to you or a friend to make sure the phone isnt gimped. If they wont do this keep walking. If you do buy one it is a simple matter of calling VZ customer service and they will switch it over for you or you can do it online through your MY Verizon acct.
Yes you will have to pay for the data package and the base is 29.00.
