Curve "Option" icon no longer working

When I select my "Option" icon, my Blackberry freezes up and the screen turns white.  It's brand new and, as far as I know, I haven't dropped it down a flight of stairs.  What causes this?  It has worked fine up until tonight.

Yikes. Have you tried taking out the battery a couple times? If you just bought the phone you can definitely get it exchanged for a new one if you need to.

Thats interesting. If removing the battery while it's on doesnt fix the issue you might try going to and resending the service books. If that doesn't fix it I would backup the p hone with blackberry desktop manager and wipe the phone.
