Curve shuts itself off and restarts frequently

I have had the Curve for just a few days, and it has turned itself off seemingly randomly, and then restarted, several times.  I took the battery out & put it back in, but it is still doing it--very annoying!

Sounds like a defective device, as rare as it may be, it does happen.  I would look at taking it back and exchanging it out for a new one, that or call customer service.  18009220204

I had the same issue. Returned for a new one - problem solved.
