Deleting email from Outlook 2003

Using Outlook 2003, I want to use Outlook on my laptop to delete messages on my Blackberry Tour. Example, get into my office go through morning emails, delete emails using laptop, sync my Tour, emails I deleted on laptop in Outlook should no longer be on my handheld... Right? If not, how?

Not to my knowledge, you will have to delete handheld separately.

How about selecting multiple emails on handheld to delete as a "batch?

Yes you can always delete from Handheld. As a batch, I know only how to do it on the Storm and it was also covered in my Storm manual. Did you look in the Tour manual? I referred this to Doc, because he has a Tour and can advise you as well.
