 My phone is lock and I can't unlock I use up my  sign in . How can I unlock my phone.

I'm not sure what you mean about your sign in but if looking at the front of the phone on the top left hand corner is the unlock

If you mean you've used up all your password attempts, on the 10th attempt, it will ask you to type in "BlackBerry" and all your data will be erased. So hopefully you've backed up your device with Desktop Manager. Then you can easily restore everything. I don't know what else you can do; it's a BlackBerry security measure.
