I can't get a new theme I purchased for my BlackBerry Curve 8330 to download per the instructions.

Where did you buy it? You will probably need to contact the company that sold you the theme for help. How are you downloading it? Most themes you purchase have to be downloaded directly from your Blackberry device's web browser, not a PC.
