My husband got a new Curve, and was told by a store employee that he could add his own ringtones. However, the only way he seems to be able to add ringtones (we use Myxer) is by plugging in the USB cord and opening the media manager on his BB Desktop Manager. If he tries any other way, it tells him "Directory Full". He is super frustrated. It happens when he tries saving pictures from MMS messages, too. Any ideas?

If you got the ringtones/mp3's saved in your memory card, you can just go to the list of ringtones and the very first one will say Browse. Click that and just go through your memory card and find the song you want.

Well, he really wants to be able to just download ringtones off the browser and be able to save them, not have to put them on the card and then use them. I think mainly he is just wondering why its telling him "directory full" every time he goes to save something, if its a brand new phone. Is there a memory setting or something that he needs to adjust?

If you are not saving the pics , songs and ringtones to your micro SD card then you have maxed out the Curves internal memory. It doesnt have that much memory for this stuff. Save your own media to the SD card a Curve will recognize up to a 8 GB card.
