Is there a way to find out if someone has the GPS locator on your phone? OR can it be done on the Blackberry Curve? I think that may have been done on mine. I'm not sure though, but if I can find out I would like to know.

On your phone, go to Options>>Advanced Options>>GPS. In there you will see if Location Tracking is turned on or not. It is possible that the option for location tracking may not even show up. If this is the case then it is not turned on. For the location tracking option, the phone must be activated on a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
If it is on, you can turn it off by highlightin the option and selecting the menu button.
Another possibility is that there could be another program installed as well to do this. To check for this, in the advanced menu, choose Applications and any additional programs installed will show up in bold in the list and look for anything of interest. If you find something, highlight it, click the menu button and choose delete.
