I am a long-time BlackBerry user (the Storm2 is my 6th model BB I have owned). I have upgraded as newer & better BlackBerry smartphones came out. Over the years, I have become increasingly frustrated over Verizon's shady business practices. From crippling GPS-enabled phones to crippling bluetooth to now forcing Bing on us. Their customer service has been horrible. I purchased the Storm2 when it came out because I really wanted the phone. After Verizon's COMPLETE disregard for their customers by forcing Bing on us, and the response I received from their customer service, I knew it was time for me to make a change. As a result, I have moved both my company-issued phone as well as my personal phone to AT&T.
I hope Verizon starts listening to their customers before they become former customers like I am now.
