As of last night, the speaker on my Storm does not work. I cannot hear messaging alerts, phone calls or music through the media player. I didn't change any settings purposely.......where might I start to look?
I'm sorry no one replied to your question. If you still have a problem take Storm to a Verizon store, and if it is defective they will exchange it. Not a kiosk, but a Verizon owned store.
