Having trouble getting emial on your blackberry?

I was so frustrated that I could not get my email accounts to load onto my blackberry, so I went into my local issaquah Verizon store. The tech support did a finaminal job helping me get all my email accounts set up for easy access on my phone when I'm on-the-go. They jumped right on the problem and got the job done! It's really nice to finally hear someone compliment the excellent customer service from VZW that alot of us have received. There is so much negativity and bad perception about them b/c of RIM and how they implement and distribute their product that this thread is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing your experience.
