After I did an update, I can no longer answer calls. It's like the answer button is dead when I hit it but ignore button works fine. Seen somewhere that it could have something to do with the keyboard being locked but it's always been locked and I never had a problem before this. I have a BB Curve 8530.
My suggestion would be to reload your software again on your device. From what you describe, it sounds like the software may have been corrupted. Make sure you load your device software from a computer and not wirelessly from your device. You can get all the software you need from Verizon right here. Hope this helps.
I took it in and they verified that it was indeed broke so they're going to send me a new one to swap out. I wish they tried updating the software again first though cause getting a new one is a quite a pain.
