Last night my blackberry stopped reading me my messages. I may have done something when I was downloading ringtones and matching songs with them. Can some one please tell me where I need to go to fix the problem. I safereader is on.

I am not sure if I understand your question, but it seems like you have a 3rd party software app that "reads" your messages, converting them to audio? If that is so, then you need to contact the maker of the app for assistance. Verizon can not help with 3rd party applications.
