Help me!

I just tried doing the upgrade that verizon sent me, and nothing on my phone changed and i also lost my browser and my internet connection. is there anyone out there that can help me at least get my browser working?

okay, so i feel like a total idiot. I got my browser and my internet back. so now i am trying to figure out why my update didn't do anything? anyone want to clue me in???

Same here....I think the upgrade was just improvements in minor things...

I had a phone that had the OS update on it, so i know what i'm "looking for". But i had to turn that one in cuz it had a glitch with the charger.

if you got a replacement, chances are it already came loaded w/ the newest OS.

the way to tell is go to options> about. line 3 should read v4.7.0.148. If it still says v4.7.0.75, then you need to update the OS. the easiest way is via Desktop Manager.
