I just had to get a new bb cause my first one had stopped charging. And since I've had this one it has been slow. I have not been able to get all the apps I paid for off of app world on it. And it will not update, it will "freeze" for a few seconds to a minute. I can push a button when its "asleep" and it acts like its trying to refresh its self. This is like my fifth blackberry and I've never had this problem before. Help please.
Have you tried a battery pull? If not try pulling the battery for about a minute then reinsert and start it. This may help the problem.
Get a different phone ASAP before you are stuck with it for two years. This is a horrible phone and even if you solve this problem....there will be many more down the road. Good luck.
