How do I get my contacts from backup assistant onto my curve?

I have a Blackberry Curve 3G 9330. I need to get my contacts off of Backup Assistant onto my Curve. How do I do that?

If you don't have Backup Assistant installed on the BB, you need to install it, then when you enter your PIN, it should detect a new device and ask if you want to restore your contacts.
