How to Set Storm for Coverage -- CDMA-GSM-GLOBAL

We're going on a cruise on a Carnival Cruise ship and I'm aware of using the phone on the ship. This will be my first trip with the Storm and I don't know what to set it on and the related minus and plusses of using each setting. We'll be Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, and St. Kitts. I know I go to options, mobile network....but then do I set the phone on GSM/UMTS, 1XEV, or Global?

Can you walk me thru setting my phone so that i can get coverage while in greece?

Ok, click on Options>Mobile Network and set the Network selection mode to "Automatic." If you don't have that then try changing the Network Technology option to the GSM/UMTS or Global if it's already on 1XEV. Let us know how it goes.
