I just got the new Blackberry Curve and when I get a text or email the ring tone goes off but the backlight doesn't come on. Is there a way to get it to come on? Do I have to download an app for it?
You cannot set this. The only light would be the LED that you can have turned on for messages which is by default. There might be an app for this but I personally am not aware of one.
