So i just got the Blackberrry Tour, and it hasnt even been a week yet, and it broke.
So is it possible for me to get a new one since it hasnt been 30days yet? or do i have to buy another one?

If you personally broke it you need insurance in order to have it replaced, otherwise its on you to pay. If the phone simply quit working b/c of a hardware or software issue, VZW will be more than happy to repair or replace your handset at no cost to you.
