Importing Info from Palm to New Tour

I recently purchased a new BB Tour. I have attempted to import all the data from my Palm E2. I am currently using Palm Desktop ver 4.1.4. I am using the Switch Wizard in the BB Desktop software. It starts to import the data and gets about 3/4 of the way complete and then stops and shows a message that the software is "not responding". I have shut everything down and started over. Same outcome.

Any ideas on transferring this data??

Have you performed a softreset on both the devices prior to attempting this task? I don't really know how the device switch wizard works but if it's trying to bring over everything at once, maybe just ask it to bring your contacts, then something else instead of all at once.....again, I'm just throwing it out there, I've never used the DSW.......Good luck.

I was not able to export my Palm TX to my Storm. Was told it could not be done. Took my time and re-entered the info by hand.
