Have you tried connecting it to your computer and installing the appropriate font in the device. Meaning access the device storage through device manager or my computer, locate where the fonts are stored, and add the font you need. Might work, might not. Worth a try I think.
Let me know. If not, go to a verizon store and see if a tech can get it on there for you. They mightbe able to a lot easier than you or I.
