O.K. I downloaded the new OS for my 9330 Curve today from the Blackberry Desktop after syncing and recovering all the data on the phone. Unfortunately, the update locked and sat there for about 3 hours before I finally unplugged the phone from the computer. The downside is that the phone doesn't work now other the coming up with an app error 200 and allowing you to reset it which gets you into a loop because it brings you back to the same point of APP ERROR 200. Any thoughts?
