October 8th - I started receiving email with the following: "message truncated due to size". This is happening for any size message, even one that just says test. Anyone else with this problem. I have a Blackberry Curve 8530.
I can definitely understand how frustrating that error message can be. I used to have that when I was using Blackberry. I did some research on the error in Blackberry’s Knowledge Base and you can click here for what that error means. I hope this helps. Thanks.
The KB article only addresses very large emails, which is not the case here. Not very helpful.
