Mobile connection stays off

I have my Storm configured to turn off and on automatically.  Sometimes it turns on with the mobile network on and sometimes the mobile network is off.  I've now learned to check if there's a connection, but wondering if anyone knows how to configure so network stays on?

no fixes for this, it a fairly common problem , i disabled mine and use standby

I disable the auto on/off in options/auto. I meant to say u use bedside mode instead of the auto function
