When I try listening to Pandora and other on-line music outlets, it take my phone forever to link, then only stays connected for 10 minutes before constant buffering. Can you help me?

We can absolutely help! Now, you said that you were using a link, have you tried this by downloading the application to the phone and using it there? Is this just with Pandora or also with Slacker or other streaming music? What zip code are you in when this is happening? Are you connected to wi-fi or to our network? I did download the application and it happens on all the music downloads including iheart radio.  Plays for about 10-15 minutes then starts to buffer.  My zip code is 38119.  I am not on wi-fi, didn't know I could get it but am on verizon network. 

Can you help?

I LOVE listening to music on the go! Thank you so much for the additional information.

Do you notice this happening no matter where you go in 38119? What about whether you're inside or outside?

If you notice it more when you're traveling you may need to stop your data connection all together and start it again. That's pretty easy to do by closing the application out and starting it again!

How are your other data services on your phone? Do you ever run into issues with your browser or email?
