My blackberry just stopped playing all audio yesterday. I noticed i was receiving text messages and only getting the indicator light but no sound. I have done multiple battery pulls (my bb reboots itself a couple times a day anyways), i have put the memory card in my computer and replaced the sound files, i've changed the ringtones to ones included with the phone and nothing has worked. Any solutions?
What profile do you have active? go to "edit profiles" and verify the volume and make sure the drop-down box under "play sound" is set to Always.
