I updated my Blackberry Bold 9650 on Monday to the 6.0 Bundle 3084 and since then, I have no sound. My phone doesn't ring. I've tried playing ringtones off the device to see if it is an issue with the phone function, or if it is the sound itself. NOTHING makes noise. I am due for an upgrade in February, but this is my business phone - I can't miss phone calls because of no sound! Except for the apps that came with the phone, I've only every downloaded one other app and it has been on the phone the full 2 years I've had it. Can anyone offer any advice on how I might fix this?
