While trying to install a new program to my Blackberry Curve 8330 using the device manager, somehow ALL of my core BB apps have been deleted and my phone is frozen with a white screen and a detailed circle icon - I can't even turn it off unless removing the battery.
I ONLY care about accessing my organizer info but I didn't sync that info to my desktop or upload to internet. PLEASE HELP
